MADE TO ORDER timescales
Jewellery is made to order in the size and gold of your choice - please allow 6-8 weeks for pieces to be made, hallmarked and posted to you. There may be slight differences to the images shown due to the handmade nature of the work.

All pieces are hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office with the standard markings which assure you what the metal is and when it was made, along with Holly’s unique maker’s mark.
Shipping
Pieces posted to addresses in the UK are sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery - a fully insured, tracked & signed for service. You'll receive a 'shipped' email along with a tracking number, so you can check up on your parcel's progress if you wish. Please get in touch for a shipping and timescales quote if you would like a piece delivered outwith the UK, as carrier will depend on value. Any customs charges incurred are the client’s responsibility.
Refunds
Hopefully you will love your new piece of jewellery. If, however, something is not quite right, you can return the unworn piece within a set amount of time. Please complete the ‘contact’ form within 14 days of receipt for return details. The order must be returned within a further 14 days, and a refund will be arranged after the returned piece is received. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable, but please do email in the first instance if anything isn’t as expected. Any return postage costs are the client’s own, and postage costs are not refundable.

This website is run by Squarespace, and it uses cookies in order to run effectively. Cookies are small pieces of data that websites store on a device to aid certain functions, such as remembering the items placed in the shopping basket for purchase.
The use of your personal data is in line with the General Data Protection Regulations. Your personal data is only used for the purpose for which it is given - to contact you about an order you have placed, or to take payment for the order. Select data is passed to a third party service provider, Stripe, for the purpose of taking a secure payment for an order placed. This includes payment method information, purchase amount, and date of purchase. Stripe does not sell or rent personal data to marketers or unaffiliated third parties. This website also uses Squarespace and Google Analytics to analyse general data (i.e. location, browser type) to understand how visitors engage with the site.
